CANCELLATION POLICY: A 20-day notice is required for any cancellation, effective once the registration process has been completed. A $25 cancellation and $25 processing fee per course will apply. No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 20 days prior to the class date, REGARDLESS OF THE SITUATION.
RESCHEDULING POLICY: A 20-day notice is required for any cancellation, effective once the registration process has been completed. A $25 rescheduling fee and a $25 refund processing fee per course will apply. Rescheduling will not be allowed less than 20 days prior to the class date, REGARDLESS OF THE SITUATION.
NO-SHOW POLICY: No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows, REGARDLESS OF THE SITUATION.
RETURN POLICY FOR MANUALS: No refunds or exchanges for any purchased AHA manuals, REGARDLESS OF THE SITUATION.
REQUIREMENTS: Students must bring in the current version of the AHA manual for each course and pre-assessment certificate (for ACLS & PALS certifications only). If renewing a certification (ACLS, PALS, BLS, or First Aid), students must provide their current AHA certification. First time or expired ACLS/PALS students are required to provide current BLS certification. No exceptions. If these requirements are not met, students may be rescheduled or denied entry into class.
